  • What equipment do I need to tutor online?
    All you need is a desktop, laptop, or tablet, a webcam, and internet access. Our online tutoring is powered by Google Workspace, the UK's leading live online tutoring platform.
  • How can I become a tutor or volunteer?
    Please fill out the registration form, and a member of our team will get in touch to discuss the next steps.
  • How long does the registration process take?
    1-2 weeks depending on individuals.
  • Which subjects can your tutors teach?
    We have tutors for a wide range of subjects from primary to GCSE, A-levels and beyond.
  • Do you do home tuition?

  • What are the payment options?
    Online, over the phone or through bank transfer.
  • Can we change tutors if we don't like them?
    Please let us know if you are unhappy with your current tutor, and we'll arrange for a new one.
  • How can I connect to my tutor online?
    By logging into your account and clicking on the 'Your Classroom' icon. This will direct you to your lesson, where your tutor will be waiting for you.
  • Can I cancel my tuition at any time?
    Yes, you can, but a week's notice is required before terminating your contract.
  • What happens if I (student) cannot make a lesson and need to cancel?
    The student may cancel tuition by giving at least ten hours prior notice to the tutor, in which case no tuition fees will be incurred. Lessons not attended by the student without giving ten hours prior notice to the tutor shall be charged at the full rate.
  • Can lessons be rescheduled?
    If a student or tutor cannot make a lesson for personal reasons, the company needs to be informed at least 24 hours before to arrange for the lessons to be rescheduled.
